With their extensive knowledge in the field of the anomalous, they possess the expertise needed to assess, neutralize, and contain anomalies that would prove challenging for all others. To combat the everchanging nature of anomalies, Spectre-3 is trained to utilize some of the most esoteric equipment and protocols available to the Foundation. Spectre-3 itself remains as the only readied sword and shield that would prevent the facility from falling into paranormal pandemonium - should all other safeguards fail.
