Foundation conduct doctrine, ban progression, moderation team responsibilities, and the complete community infraction list. Operational across Discord and Roblox. Read carefully, moderators apply this document impartially.
Each member is granted two opportunities to correct conduct after sanctioning. Progression escalates with accumulated warnings.
A verbal order or mute is issued as an instruction to cease disruptive action. These will not go on your record, and you will not receive any further sanction for accumulating them.
A formal warning logs an infraction against your record. Three warnings → a two-week appealable ban. Six total → a six-week unappealable ban. Nine total → permanent unappealable ban.
A more severe form of moderation provided to repeat offenders or for extreme violations. A two-week cooldown applies prior to filing an appeal where one is permitted.
Progression: three warnings → 2 week appealable · six warnings → 6 week unappealable · nine warnings → permanent.
Moderators of all ranks are permitted to host community events. Prior to gaining permissions, the moderator must have three initial events supervised by a Senior Moderator or above. To schedule supervision, contact a Senior or higher and settle on a time.
Internal policies that govern conduct within the Moderation Team itself. If you notice any moderator violating the following, contact Moderation Team Command immediately.
We do not tolerate those who attempt to find loopholes in the terms of service. If you are found abusing a loophole, moderators may extend the punishment applied to your case.
Leaking any form of Moderation Team case files or sensitive information will result in immediate termination from the team. If you notice anyone leaking case information, contact a member of Command.
In development voice channels, developers have full control over who they server mute. This does not exempt users from moderation if they break community guidelines, but if a developer mutes you, only another developer can lift it.
There is no set quota. Every two weeks, a Senior Moderator reviews each team member's main-server engagement and assigns an activity status accordingly.
The Moderation Team has zero tolerance for its own members engaging in jokes that tread the line of NSFW or discriminatory content, or who abuse the mute/deafen/move/disconnect functions. Doing so results in removal.
When responding to tickets, Moderators are expected to respond in mature, mannered, and grammatically correct sentences. Clarify with the individual if they would like the ticket closed prior to deleting it.

Any form of discrimination, hate speech, or harassment results in deletion of the offending messages, a 24-hour mute, and a recorded warning. Roblox offences receive a two-day ban.
Abusing loopholes in the Roblox chat system — words crafted close to discriminatory or explicit content — results in a six-hour ban.
Minor cases: verbal warning. More severe cases: a two-hour ban. Repeat offences escalate to a 12-hour ban.
Abusing glitches → three-day ban. Exploiting → permanent ban.
Any content or behaviour that endangers minors or exhibits predatory conduct is strictly forbidden. Immediate, irreversible permanent ban.
Any form of doxxing — releasing private information such as addresses, real names, or face photos — results in a permanent ban, regardless of consent from the victim.
